Who else does not like when they are served a hot toasted sandwich that has soggy bread on the bottom side?

You know when you order a Ruben at a restaurant or make a Panini at home and the crust becomes damp and soggy from condensation when left lying flat on the serving plate, that seems to ruin the sandwich for me. Is it just me? Any solutions out there?
