Need help with a tattoo idea for two sisters?

Ok so my sister & i are very close & we both recently started getting into tattoos I have 2 one is of my daughters foot print on my wrist the other was a meaningless cheery blossom on my calf. We really want to get something to symbolise or relationship the strong bond we have. She had mentioned the tree of life. Which i like I am just trying to get a few more ideas b4 i get it. I want to make sure i get the right tattoo for us. So any neat ideas you may have some nice quotes or symbols. Any ideas you have would be great. No fairies or stars & moons.
