Why do you think he is acting like so?

He could be getting angry on the phone because he couldn't speak. He can't explain what's on his mind. That;s why he was stuttering so. He must've had feelings for you. That could explain the train-looks. He's probably upset that you don't like him the same way he likes you. Just my thoughts love.
