What are the chances the rams come up with a lease extension in 2012 and will the rams stay in st.louis?

in february 12 2012 the rams are going to start neigoiating for a new lease what are the chances they get one done i have heard that stan kroneke will keep them here just update the stadium do u think its a sure thing he keeps them here
