How do I update my Sony Vaio 9600M GT?

Go to start all programs and click Windows update set it for auto updates and install and it will keep every thing even drivers up to date. If Sony show it to be up to date then there have been no new drivers made for the lap top. It lags gaming because it has a integrated graphics card chip set and not a dedicated graphics card and the card chip set does not meet the games system requirements.
