Making a scrapbook for bestfriend?

I have two close bestfriends and me and my other bestfriend are making a scrapbook for our other best friend because it's her birthday soon. We're 15 and have been friends for 3 years. The thing is, i don't know what to put in it! She's interested in Anime/manga and drawing, she loves japan - she's learning the language, wants to move there, she wants to be an anime animator when she's older, and she loves sushi. It's like she was meant to be japanese. She's also very cheery and happy, she loves animals, flowery things, anything cutesy. She likes hats and lipgloss, things like that. She's kinda silly too. I want it to be nice and to cheer her up because she's going through a hard time right now. I was gonna print off some pitures of the three of us, write out some memories, put our handprints in it, spray a scentcard with her favourite perfume and stick it in, draw some anime style cute animal drawings.. what else can i do!? I don't wanna do too much japenese stuff on it because she gets a little annoyed when we say she's obsessed with japan. She's just interested in the culture. Give me some ideas?! Help!
