Name of song (probably something with deja vu)?

Today I heard a very cheery song, the refrain is something like "hey now hey now (something something) deja vu" and there's also a chorus singing "if you'll be my girlfriend i will be your boyfriend too" I know it's not a lot, but I think it should be enough for anybody who heard it at least once:-)
