What kind of system is needed to...?

Open, edit and convert huge files like the ones that hospitals get from whole body CT scans? What CPU (preferably Intel's), GPU (preferably NVIDIA's) and ammount of Ram is needed in order to have fast and responsive system. The system should have enough power to get the pictures to Ultra High defenition screens (maybe even up to 3 screens).
