Really strange question!?

I went to Warped Tour yesterday and got SUPER sun burnt! Now my nose is sun burnt and it keeps like pussing?! XD Like its not bad at all and I'm not even worried about it I am just curious. It doesnt really puss it is just all I could think of to explain it hahah it just keeps getting like a tiny bit damp and I have no idea why! I just dab it with a tissue and problem solved! Do you know why? My guess is the pores opened up from the suight and all the nasty things are coming out?!
